How to reach the SafeMeal team for help with the app, questions about your data, press or partnerships, and the publisher's postal address.
Write to [email protected]. The SafeMeal team reads every message: questions about the app, a translation that looks wrong, a food or a country you would like to see, a subscription or a promo code, press and partnerships.
From the app
In SafeMeal, open Settings, then Contact support. Your message reaches the same team, and you can attach screenshots. To help solve a problem, the app adds technical information such as the app version and the device model, never the contents of your food profiles. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is sent.
If someone shared a SafeMeal card with you, the shared card page has its own support link too, for people who do not have the app.
Your data
For a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, write to [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject so that it reaches the right person quickly. You can also delete your account and its data yourself in the app: see Delete your account and data.
